This listing is for the exact fish in the picture. WYSIWYG. One Male Green Eyed Green Hulk Betta. His color changes depending on the lighting but the fish pictured is the same one in all the pictures just shown in different lighting. Bettas are approximately 3-6 months of age.
Imported from Indonesia. Shipped from Orange County, CA, USA. You won't have to deal with transhipper or customs fees!

Fish become stressed during shipping and may lose their color due to this. As they acclimate to their new home with you, they will slowly regain and even change colors.

Long-finned bettas can fin-nip or bite their fins or tails during shipping due to stress. If your fish has any noticeable fin nipping before being shipped, we will reach out to you prior to shipping and offer a cancelation or an exchange for a different fish. We will never send a fish that has tail damage without prior notification to the buyer. Bettas tails will re-grow when they become more comfortable in their new home.

All of our fish, including Bettas, are quarantined for a minimum of 2 weeks with ParaCleanse before being listed and shipped. Even though they are quarantined, we still recommend quarantining them in a separate tank, especially if adding to a community tank.

For plant orders as a preventive measure, it is recommended to do a dip (i.e. peroxide, potassium permanganate, salt, or bleach, etc.), or quarantine the plants before adding them to your tank. At minimum, rinse off the plant. There is always a chance there may be a tagalong snail or duckweed when shipping my plants. 


Shipping:
I ship on every Monday and Tuesday, except postal holidays.

Orders received after 8pm PST on Mondays will be shipped the following week.
*in winter/summer, next day air will be required to prevent losses due to extreme weather*
WE WILL NOT SHIP IF YOUR WEATHER IS BELOW 30 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT OR ABOVE 90 DEGREES. PLEASE WAIT TO ORDER. 
Shrimp and fish are shipped in insulated Styrofoam. Heat pack/cold pack will be added when necessary at no extra charge. 

All orders are usually shipped within 7 business days except on Holidays. In case of extreme weather conditions, we may hold on to shipping until it is deemed to be safe to ship. If the weather does not improve within 7 days, you will be contacted and given the option to cancel for a full refund.

We have a LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE. 

DOA Policy:
I guarantee 100% live arrival of livestock and plants given you submit a claim within ONE hour of delivery and provide clear pictures of the UNOPENED bag containing the livestock or plants.  Policy is voided if package is Lost or stolen or any DOAs causéd by delays due to the post office/UPS.
Refunds/Credit will be issued for the individual livestock/plants only and NOT for any extra stock included. Shipping fees are not covered by our DOA policy. If free shipping was provided, you will still only receive a partial refund -minus my shipping cost to you.

Example 1:
A 20 pack of Shrimp Cost $40.
Shipping Cost $20. Each shrimp cost $2 each.
You received 5 DOA, you will only be refunded $10.

Example 2: 
A 20 Pack of Shrimp arrived entirely DOA.
Shipping Cost $20. 
You will only receive a partial refund of $20.

You can opt for replacements instead of a refund, however you will be responsible for the reshipment costs. Replacements or extras are not covered by our live arrival guarantee. If opting for replacements for shrimp or bladder/ramshorn snails, I will add extra on top of the replacements.

Filing A Claim:
If you received your livestock/plants DOA within ONE (1) hour of delivery, you may file a claim.
To submit a claim send me a message and include the following:
  1. Your Name and Order Number (automatically given if messaged through eBay)
  2. Issue Description: Clearly note the issue, such as DOA (Dead on Arrival) livestock or plants, damaged items, or sick livestock.
  3. DOA Livestock: For DOA claims, include the number of live fish or inverts from the affected pack. Note that extras included with fish, shrimp, and snail packs are not covered by my guarantee.
  4. Photographs:  
    • ONE (1) Video clearly showing the DOA in the UNOPENED bag
    • THREE (3) clear photos of the unopened bag with dead livestock next to our shipping label showing the species name, count and order number.
    • **For shrimp and small fish, include a photo of all items in the bag for a live count.
    • **For unhealthy or damaged items, you may provide a photo in a specimen container.
  5. Missing Items: If an item is missing, provide a clear picture of the packing slip and any UNOPENED received items showing the labels.

Please Note: 
  • All claims must be filed within 1 hour of delivery.
  • Shipments held at the post office must be picked up on the same day or the DOA guarantee will be void.
  • Refund will be issued for the individual livestock/plants only and not for any extra stock included. Shipping fees are not covered by our DOA policy.
  • Shipments stolen, lost, or delayed by couriers will not be covered by our DOA policy.
  • All claims will be processed fairly within 72 hours of receipt.
