Shipping policy
Shipping:
WE DO NOT SHIP IF THE WEATHER IS BELOW 30 OR ABOVE 90 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT! Please be mindful of your weather before placing your order. Use the weather chart at the bottom of the page to determine if it is safe to order.
I ship on Mondays and Tuesdays, except postal holidays.
Orders received after 8pm PST on Sundays will be shipped the following week.
DOA Policy only applies to Bettas, Shrimp, Snails, or Plants if delivered within 3 days after shipment.
For all other livestock. DOA Policy only applies to NEXT DAY AIR. Shipping with any other method will void our live arrival guarantee. For full policy details, please go here.
Shipping Costs:
To keep shipping costs low, costs are separated into tiers based on package weight.
**Priority shipping is only used for Betta, Shrimp, Snails, and Plants.
Please note that our DOA policy is limited when using this option and only applies to arrivals within the first 3 days after shipping**

Shrimps and fish are shipped in insulated Styrofoam. Heat pack/cold pack will be added when necessary at no extra charge.
All orders are usually shipped within 10 business days except on Holidays. In case of extreme weather conditions, we may hold on to shipping until it is deemed to be safe to ship. If a reasonable time has passed, we will contact you to cancel your order. There will be a 30% restocking fee for cancelations so please be mindful and check your weather prior to ordering.
LOCAL PICKUP ORDERS:

All orders will be picked up in Westminster near Brookhurst and Hazard.
