I am an importer and breeder of Corydoras, Neocaridina Shrimp, Nano Fish, and Aquatic Plants.

My name is Amanda and I have AuADHD. I am not only a fishkeeper, but an avid dog lover, mental health advocate, and gamer. I needed something else to help me get going on a day to day basis and after decades of wanting, I finally lived my dream of having my own fish tank. One tank turned into 4 tanks overnight, then 8, then some porch ponds in the back yard, into a whole breeding fish rack in the garage (:

When I was a kid, I remember going to my grandma's house every Saturday. My grandma and uncle each had a fish tank. One was freshwater with goldfish at the time, and my uncle had a saltwater tank. I remember sitting in front of my uncle's tank watching it for hours and begging to feed the fish and I thought that cleaning algae was fun at the time haha. Since then, I've always dreamed of a fish tank that I could call my own. 

This past year in 2025, I discovered my love for Corydoras, Neocaridina shrimp, and aquatic plants. I started gardening in my back yard first, but once I found aquatic plants--it was over! From this, spawned my interest in breeding and spreading this joy to other people. I started my journey in July 2025 selling aquatic plants. On October 17th, 2025 I lost my job of 13 years due to massive layoffs so I decided to take a leap and build upon my dream, now expanding my business to also include Neocaridina shrimp, Corydoras, and other small aquarium fish.

As for the story behind my logo having a dog on it, I have a pitbull/bully mix service dog named Kronk (from Emperor's New Groove!) that also helps me function every day. We both sit and stare at our fish all day long. Without him, I wouldn't be where I am today.
