Live Arrival Guarantee
DOA Policy:
I guarantee 100% live arrival of livestock and plants given you submit a claim within TWO hours of delivery and provide clear pictures of the UNOPENED bag containing the livestock or plants. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or any DOAs caused by delays due to the post office/UPS.
Refunds will be issued for the individual livestock/plants only and not for any extra stock included. Shipping fees are not covered by our DOA policy.
You can opt for replacements instead of a refund, however you will be responsible for the reshipment costs. Replacements or extras are not covered by our live arrival guarantee. If opting for replacements for shrimp or bladder/ramshorn snails, I will add extra on top of the replacements.

Filing A Claim:
If you received your livestock/plants DOA within TWO (2) hours of delivery, you may file a claim.
To submit a claim send an email to corydorables@gmail.com and include the following:
- Your Name and Order Number
- Issue Description: Clearly note the issue, such as DOA (Dead on Arrival) livestock or plants, damaged items, or sick livestock.
- DOA Livestock: For DOA claims, include the number of live fish or inverts from the affected pack. Note that extras included with fish, shrimp, and snail packs are not covered by my guarantee.

TWO (2) clear photos of the unopened bag with dead livestock
- Take one (1) clear picture of the bag next to our shipping label showing the species name, count and order number.
- **For shrimp and small fish, include a photo of all items in the bag for a live count.
- **For unhealthy or damaged items, you may provide a photo in a specimen container.
- **You may also include a video if you wish

Missing Items: If an item is missing, provide a clear picture of the packing slip and any UNOPENED received items showing the labels.
Please Note:
- All claims must be filed within 2 hours after delivery.
- Shipments held at the post office must be picked up on the same day or the DOA guarantee will be void.
- Refund will be issued for the individual livestock/plants only and not for any extra stock included. Shipping fees are not covered by our DOA policy.
- Shipments stolen, lost, or delayed by couriers will not be covered by our DOA policy.
- All claims will be processed fairly within 72 hours of receipt.
