When ordering fish, please check your local weather and use this guide when choosing if it is safe to order and which shipping method to use.

We make all final shipping decisions for the best possible outcome for your fish. If you placed an order and it is not safe to ship, we will notify you and give you an option to cancel or wait until your local weather is safe. Please note there is a 5% cancelation fee if canceled within 2 hours. Any cancelations over 2 hours will incur a 20% restocking fee. By placing an order, you are agreeing to all policies stated on this site.
