Shipping Policy

Shipping:
I ship on every Monday and Tuesday, except postal holidays.

Orders received after 8pm PST on Mondays will be shipped the following week.
Next Day Air orders received by noon Tuesdays will be shipped on Wednesday.

Shipping Costs: 
To keep shipping costs low, costs are separated into tiers based on package weight.
**Priority shipping is only used for plants, snails, and shrimp.

*in winter/summer, next day air will be required to prevent losses due to extreme weather*

Shrimps and fish are shipped in insulated Styrofoam. Heat pack/cold pack will be added when necessary at no extra charge. 

All orders are usually shipped within 7 business days except on Holidays. In case of extreme weather conditions, we may hold on to shipping for a few more days or until it is deemed to be safe to ship. 

DOA Policy: We have live arrival guarantee on all live shipments. In the unfortunate event of a dead on arrival, please follow these steps to file a DOA claim:

• Send an email with the following information to corydorables@gmail.com
• Provide your name and order number
• Take TWO (2) clear pictures of the unopened bag.
• Take one (1) clear picture of the bag next to our shipping label.
  
• All claims must be filed within 2 hours after delivery.
• Shipments held at the post office must be picked up on the same day or the DOA guarantee will be void.
• Refund will be issued for the individual livestock/plants only and not for any extra stock included. Shipping fees are not covered by our DOA policy.
• Shipments stolen, lost, or delayed by couriers will not be covered by our DOA policy.
