Shipping Policy
Shipping:
I ship on every Monday and Tuesday, except postal holidays.
Orders received after 8pm PST on Mondays will be shipped the following week.
DOA Policy only applies to livestock shipped with NEXT DAY AIR. Shipping with any other method will void our live arrival guarantee.
Shipping Costs:
To keep shipping costs low, costs are separated into tiers based on package weight.
**Priority shipping is only used for plants, snails, and shrimp.

Shrimps and fish are shipped in insulated Styrofoam. Heat pack/cold pack will be added when necessary at no extra charge.
All orders are usually shipped within 7 business days except on Holidays. In case of extreme weather conditions, we may hold on to shipping until it is deemed to be safe to ship. If a reasonable time has passed, we will contact you to cancel your order. There will be a 25% restocking fee for cancelations so please be mindful and check your weather prior to ordering.
